OBC uses a third-party browser and mobile analytics service called Hotjar, which helps us analyze the user experience on OBC. The data collected by Hotjar includes clicks, taps, keyboard and scrolling behavior. This information is only used for optimizing our user experience and performance. No sensitive information is collected.

The collected data is transmitted and stored in Hotjar’s servers. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices in particular device’s IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country), preferred language used to display our website.
